Can't pretend I'm up to the super race threds like you guys here, but thought it was a shame to have no chat thread on the race.
Anyway, todays route. Still windy here (race went past my house yesterday) but not crazy like it's been. they still delayed the start 10 mins due to the tailwind.

Rowe, Bernal, Kiwatkowski rip it up on the half-road echelon special at 5km to go, after a echelon mad stage.

Final group of about 8, including Groenwegen and what looks like Maartens.

    Absolute carnage.

    Bernal super impressive.

    Jugels dropped

LLS made it. Trentin made it.

Gilbert, Groenewegan and those sky boyz - that's the top gorup.

MA BOI MAKES 2 FOR 2.

    WOOP WOOP

First Dutch rider with back to back wins at PN I think (from a scan of twitter earlier this morning).
  • That is two good sprint stages for 60 kg Egan Bernal. Demarre and griepel must be chuffed

I would have started a thread yesterday, but haven't been able to access the forum.
Anybody else had the same problem?

The likes of Yates, alst year's winner Soler and Lopez now 7 minutes or more down and therefore out of the GC.
Pre race favourite, Brother Ion a massive 11 minutes back.
More of a head/crosswind forecast for tomorrow.

Oh and how good is Luke Rowe?

Uran's out and so is Cav who should just retire ASAP. Spends most of his time on holiday posting photos on Instagram than training these days.

Aru came in 147th - 14 mins down.

Watched him come through off the back with 20K to go yesterday. Looked fed up. Finished nearly 9 mins down.

Been down nearly all day today too. Bernal is the man of the moment for me. Skinny neo pro climber smashing it in the echelons.

So much for Sky shutting the racing down, eh Rick?
Jungels slapped with a 10 second penalty.

Rowe definitely MotM today, closely followed by Bernal.

That really was an echelon masterclass from Rowe from the final turn to home.

I've also not been able to access the forum.

Jaja. When it’s cross winds sky (well, specifically Rowe) is usually tearing it up.

We all think it’s inevitable that Dylan would win but to be the sprinter left is very impressive.

    Proper Dutch sprinter ;)

Strong headwind for most of today, so the peloton covered 31.4 km in the first hour of the race. We could just squeeze in another crosswind for the final run in.
BOTD: Ramunas Navardauskas and Alessandro Fedelli (both Delko Marseille provence)
Domen Novak (Bahrain-Merida), involved in a crash with Marc Soler and Ion Izaguirre, has given up.
1st bonus sprint: Kwiatkowski 3 seconds, Sanchez 2 seconds, Gallopin 1 second.

Kwiatkowski looking keen for the overall, and with the TT to come is in a great position.
