'to' and 'too' Oxo. That's the second time you have done that in recent history. My six year old noticed it and she is sat next to me. This country is going to the dogs.

Coffee today and then some more coffee later.

Shorty says she is going to play with her toys. 2 slices of toast with Nutella and watch 'her go. There's a big search on today to find Ellie the Teddy. Maybe there is a ransom note somewhere.

Can someone fill me in on the Bongofish thread in road general? Who is/was Bongofish?

    Laters.

    Morning peeps.

Car flogging day so a last trip to the tip is in order. How exciting...

Tennis with mini. Cafe with Mrs and mini. Dog walk on the common in the weather that's better than where the MF's are. Rugby at pub in the posh bit of Wimbledon. Must avoid beer. Maybe I'll get stoned, if I can find my stash. Far out.

Thought of being stoned with all the red-trousered Ruperts has brought me out in a muck sweat. Stash will remain unsearched for. I'll just bite down on a stick when the urge for a beer strikes.

Tip trip done, car cleared and ready to go. In the meantime the sales bloke at the dealership where I'm picking up the new mota sent me an advance video of The Panzer, so no shortcut to Pornhub needed here :)

Sorry Pinno. Apologies to your daughter. However suggest you refrain from looking at BR next to her, otherwise she might spot your pornhub shortcuts. Either way DILLIGAF. Suggest you don't explain that one either, only recently explained to my eldest.

Worry not. I read all the posts before there is any chance that Shorty or Tricky reads them. All posts were pretty innocuous prior to then, as you would notice.

Sitting in a garden centre cafe having pre time trial tea and cake.

Bike's been stripped, cleaned and rebuilt this morning so it's about as fast and shiny as it gets, which isn't that much.

It's immaterial. You can't stick to one thing or perhaps even 2 things. I think that there is deeper issues such as boredom.

nah - this is kosher. new long term keeper.

But it won't stop there. There will be all the dithering about what bits to chuck on it and what deep section rims to purchase... endless. Whatever we say won't matter a jot.

Done it. Signed up for that gym I tried last week. I need a concentrated period of working on the specific muscle sets that are proving rel weak and causing me trouble, and the machines mean I can isolate the weaklings, stop the big boys doing it for them.

Is a PureGym. Anybody else used them? Like their set up. And it's not just because they have Chris Hoy fronting their induction video. Costing me £20 per month, no fixed contract, reckon that's worth the money if I can sort out my muscular imbalances.

But it's back on the bike tomorrow... This weather is 'kin A for February.

I looked into joining them but didn't get around to it. A guy I used to work with is a member at our local one and said it's good but gets busy.
