Could this be a big deal?

A ban as a result of a biological passport violation has been overturned by a court in Spain, because it didn't prove that a banned substance had been taken or when.

The Spanish Court system is a sick joke when it comes to doping - always has been. This won't affect anything outside of Spain, but might embolden Spanish dopers to abuse the passport system (though the riders will still get busted)
