    Got a day of assembling ikea furniture. Might try to fit in a ride at some point.

    Morning, another nice start to the day, a bit on the windy side though dog walked , I’ve just read the newspaper less and less news more adverts, going out later so I might just Squeeze in a couple of hours on the bike

    i looked a couple of years ago, gave up, gxp is stupid

    bb30 is lovely, my shiny bike is bb30, tens of thousands of all weather riding, still lovely, the advantage of steel

    slightly nippy start, a pleasant ride, added a couple of cafe stops to enjoy sitting in the warm sun and replace many calories

    Just washed a winters worth of grime off the commuter bike - there was so much crap I washed in in the road and had to have a shower afterwards.
