Servicing Dura Ace hubs

Can anybody please tell me how to remove the rubber/metal washers which hold in the ball bearings/races on the above hubs? One side of the wheel uses loose bearings and so they are easy to remove and clean. However, the other side is a race (I think) and so to remove it would necessitate removing the rubber/metal retaining washer. I don't know the procedure for removing it.

    Stick a pick in/ under and carefully pry away.

    Also the major manufactureres have got great service instructions on their sites. Shimano def has becuase i downloaded the spec for my DA hubs before servicing them recently. The clarity of the sram directions is clearer though
