    Thanks for the concern, unfortunately my job is becoming less and less about shouting at trees and more about shouting at people which is much more stressful. Been manic at work, hopefully this year I can go back to talking rubbish on the internet rather than subjecting it to real life humans...

    Still a fair amount but once every two weeks or so maximum. When I started it was 2 or 3 days a week... :(
