Trek madone 9.5

Hi I've seen a trek madone 9.5 the problem being it's on a 60cm Frame I'm 6ft 11 will this be to small as it's definitely an upgrade I'm interested in.

    I saw a hat in the window of singles, is it small?

    more than likely to small with you been nearly 7ft
