Anyone race on the green machine? Did you make any upgrades?

I race the SLR1, the blue machine and the first thing I did was to ditch those hideously heavy wheels. The rear wheel alone with cassette, disc, tyre and tube, would you believe weighted over 2.5kg.

What wheels did you upgrade to?

In the end I opted for a set of Fulcrum Quattro Racing Carbon, wheels are brilliant but the sticker graphics on them are poor.

    As above, ditch the wheels!

A light set of wheels makes a massive difference to that bike. You can keep the originals as spares, or for training and then swap in some race wheels for Sunday's.

On my son's TCX Advanced Pro we put some Chinese carbon rims laced to hope hubs, and its has made a world of difference.

Bought the Cube C62 pro now with Ultegra, got some Hunt Gravel 4 seasons on the way.
