derailler hanger bolt

anybody know how this ' washer" is called and where i can find it. It is place on the opposite side of the derrailer. Both the inner "washer" as the outer are gone. https://ibb.co/bR9Wgz

    there's no 'washer' on most frames, the qr simply clamps to the dropout

    if there was something there and you've lost it, it will be specific to the frame, what frame is it?

    it's a de rosa king RS from around 2014.
    And its indeed not a washer but kind of a moon shaped alloy piece that was mollded into the frame.

    imo that looks homemade

    you could look for a washer that will fit and cut off one side, but i'd still try to get the correct bit from de rosa

    yeah it is homemade, i found it somewhere on the internet.
