Trek Crockett rear flat mount 140mm rotor issue

My daughter has a Trek Crockett CX bike, with a set of flat mount Juin Tech disc brakes. She is currently running 160mm rotors front and rear, as that is what the brakes came with. But I want to switch her to 140mm rotors, so she is running the same as her brother, and we can always swap wheels in an emergency.

The front brake is fine as there is a 160/140 adaptor I can switch around. But the rear has me puzzled.

The brake calliper is bolted directly to the Trek stranglehold adaptor, and there doesn't seem a way to make it work with 140mm. I need to bring the calliper back towards the bike for the smaller rotor diameter.

Any ideas?
