Cracked Carbon on my Canyon endurace cf slx

Hi,

Can anyone help regarding a crack on my frame!?

1) has anyone dealt with canyon regarding this issue?
2) is this a crack as I have never had a damaged frame before?
3) if anyone has dealt with canyon is the turnaround time any good as I need it back in 2 weeks! :(

    3) - forget it ... I doubt any manufacturer would turn it round that quick!

    Have replaced cracked carbon forks on a Canyon after a crash.

    Dealt with their UK customer service and got a discounted set through their crash replacement. All I had to do was send photos and then pay for the new forks. They arrived within around 10 days from end to end.

    bloke a couple ofthreads down who SMASHED his bike off the top of his car is dealing with Canyon at the mo' so it may be worth asking him about procedure & timescales
