Hi guys well , I ve ordered a new set of Rockshox recon Gold 27.5 front forks with remote lockout .
I have also on the way Sram guide r front brake .
Rear not in stock as of yet .
So down to my question what is the standard sized rotor I can fit to the post mounts of the rockshox. The reason
I ask is I have a 203mm rotor on its way .So I need to know if I will need an adapter to mount the hydraulic piston unit .
If its 180mm as I suspect will a 20mm adapter do the job .
Any help really appreciated .

but yes, if the post mount is 180, you will need an adapter to add the 23mm to the post mount

However, a quick search leads me to believe it’s a 160 post mount as standard so you will need a different spacer to run the 203 rotor. I know on my Yaris it was 160 and I ended up with a bigger adaptor for the Guide r’s to run a 203.

You will also need to check the rear post mounts as they could be 140 or 160.

Ok the rear Im putting on 180mm rotor .
So if its 160 a 20mm adapter will do it .However will need a 43mm adapter for the front .
Going to see if I can find one .

It won't be listed as 43mm.

Pretty much certain the PM on the fork will be 160, so if you have a PM caliper then you need a PM to PM 203

Yeah I realised that so I have ordered a 203mm adapter for the front and a 180 mm adapter for the rear .
Fingers crossed all will go on without a hitch .Also ordered the rear Sram guide r brake .
So I have brakes .Front fork .Handle bars stem wheels to fit when they all arrive .
Next I have to order the Eagle 1x 12 gear components .Then were almost done with the build .
