Giant Defy grommet hydrolic cable

Hi all,
I've just taken receipt of a new Giant Defy Advanced 3. It has the Giant Conduct hydrolic brakes.
For the rear hydrolic pipe there is a large hole in the frame (see attached image). It looks to me like it should have a grommet as hole is rather bigger than the pipe.
Cycle Surgery (the retailer) say they don't know if it should have one (!).
Any ideas, is there another way to find out?
I guess I could make one out of Sugru or the like?

Yes you are missing the rubber grommet, I would try and speak with your local Giant store to see if they have a spare.0
