Tub cement shelf life

Hi all

Going to be gluing some tubs this weekend. I've got 2 tubes of unopened Vittoria Mastik which have been sitting in the garage for a few years. Anyone know if that stuff can go off? It's obviously been through a few cold/hot heat cycles over the seasons.

    if it's still runny it's fine, if it's gone thick i'd bin it

    tubes that haven't had the seal broken last many years, even opened they can last a few years as long as the cap is put back tight
    my bike - faster than god's and twice as shiny
