SRM Origin not charging

Hi Guys,

So I have a rechargeable version of an SRM Origin. It seems not to be charging because when I attach the usb cable, the red light on the powermeter stays on for more than 10 hours. My Garmin is not showing any power, just cadence. Any idea what’s going on?
