2017 Specialized Rockhopper Sport 29

Hi... I have a 2017 Specialized Rockhopper Sport 29. I want to upgrade the bottom bracket and crank but am on a budget.
I want to change to a splined set. Can anyone tell me what I need to get and can recommend anything.
I'm on a tight budget

    Why do you want to change the chainset and BB? Are they damaged?
    If not, then why not wait for them to wear out / need replacing and keep saving a bit of cash for the replacements?
