Planet X Integrated Headset Identification

I need a replacement headset for my Planet X Ti Pro Road bike.
I know it's integrated and 1 1/8 but there seems to be loads of variations, how do I know which one to get?

    Have you checked the bearings or contacted planet X?

    Checked the bearings, no markings on them and I'm waiting for a reply from PX.
