Unfortunately I have written off my wifes bike freehub (cassette spins both ways).

Looking for a replacement freehub and how to exactly do it.

I have done this on modern and far better hubs, however these are very low spec and very different.

Bike is Norco Storm 7.2 2015

Hub is Joytech D142TSE Alloy Disc QR 9spd

from what I can gather this is a shimano rear hub?

Please help me get out this mess!!

Many thanks in advance!

Josh

No it will fit a Shimano (or Sram) cassette, but it won't be a Shimano freehub.

Either find one that fits (Joytech - good luck working out which) or it's probably simpler to buy a new cheap wheel.

As above, it’s a Joytech hub, just Shimano cassette fitment.
