Greetings!
I have a fuji nevada 1.6D 2015g.
It has a 3x8 system. What would i need to buy to change the rear 8 speed cassette to a 10 or 11 one to give me more range? And also maybe a 1x setup and what would you recomend.
Here are the bike specs (http://archive.fujibikes.com/2015/Fuji/nevada-29-162)
Thanks Sven.

You should be fine with a Shimano 10 or 11 speed cassette on the hubs that you have, You'll also need a new rear derailleur, rear shifter and potentially a chain ring, depending on what you have.

In terms of recommendations it will depend on how much you would like to spend?

Changing is not going to get you much more range, as a 'normal' cassette doesn't come bigger than 11-36.

You could fit a 42 tooth cassette (like Sunrace), but they don't work very well except in 1x form.

You current lowest ratio is 1.55. A 30 tooth chainring with a 42 tooth cassette will be 1.4. So you'd be worse off..

I don't think it's worth it tbh. It's going to be a fair bit of money and you'll not notice any real advantage.

Thank you guys for the opinions. I see that the upgrade is more or less meaningless so i have decide to stick with it. I will use my money for more useful upgrades.
    Thanks.
