My Juin Tech brakes are on the wrong end of a hard winter. The piston isn’t returning freely to the “open” position.

Is this just a sign that I need to bleed the hydraulics?

If so, any pointers on how to do so?

If they are anything like motorbike brakes it could be that the pistons and seals are all gunned up

Take them off, take out pads, pop pistons out as far as you can without them popping completely out, brake cleaner and toothbrush until spotless.

Then red grease, slide back in, new pads.

    Job jobbed.
