Top of the headset screw is sort of rounded on my 2014 SS HiMod, would you say I need a new headset expander? The look of it annoys me aswell, may still work but it may make it worse.

Assume it's the superlight one <20g, where could I find a new one?

The top of the headset expander has Si G2 on it, can only find one on the internet with F2 what does that mean?

Is it the same as this one?

Cheers

The blurb in the link you posted suggests that the F2 is used on the 2016 SS Evo Hi Mod. No mention of the 2014 incarnation. If you can't find a definitive answer then you'd be risking £18 to buy and try.

I'm sure there are other expanders out there that would do the job if you can tolerate a non Cannondale spare

Yeah for sure there's others, just have no knowledge about what I could replace it with if it actually needs it.
Suppose the lbs is the place.
