Just received my new Caad 12.
Have removed the ultegra kit and aksium wheels and replaced them with my dura ace and carbon wheels.

Have only ridden it about 10 miles so far but I'm pleased with it. Apologies for the poor photo :?

    Great choice!
    I've been looking for a new bike and the CAAD12 seems to tick all the boxes of being brilliant except the lack of mudguard mounts :-(

    Slightly updated with new wheels (campagnolo zondas) and dropped the stem a bit. Rides a lot better now.

    It's cinelli mash volee shield or something like that. It's on offer at fatbirds at the moment. I like the texture of it because it's a bit like squash racket grips but it's more glossy and probably more slippy than a typical cork tape.
