Planet X RT-58 Alloy V2 is down to £99 atm. What's not to like at that price. TT looks to be fairly level and it takes caliper brakes so fits your criteria

You can have it as a special build kit with Tiagra for £500

This is the kind of insane/extreme sloping I want to avoid.
While top tube and head tube lengths at XL would fit me, the seat tube length is only 55cm. At my current frame it is 58,5cm and I don't like the look of it.
So seat tube length should start with a 6.

Anything really and get a compatible threadless to threaded b/b thing? This sort of thing.

Or is there a glitch I am missing?

It is a possibility but I want to search for the threaded ones first.

Is a Bowman Palace threaded bb? I think it is. That’s well cool and very well priced.

Kinesics Aethin thing? Offhand not sure about bb though.

Too much sloping on both of them!
Kinesis Athain Evo 2018 has a threaded bb.

Here is a quick one of my Bowman Layhams:

As you can see it does not look very good.
Bowman Palace R for tall riders would look the same.

I deleted a post suggesting that with a bb adaptor because although it fits the bill I know that everyone would have gone "troll troll troll post he doesn't want an adaptor troll wah wah wah"

But yes, a CAAD with an adaptor.

I'm just reposting this picture as it's so lovely.

    Imagine TDNFNATN on that.
