Deda Superleggero Stem and Oval Carbon Rails?

So, have a Fizik R1 saddle on the bike. Rails are 7 x 9. Currently sitting, pretty ok it seems, in my Dale C2 carbon seatpost (top and bottom clamp).

Deda say their seatposts compatible with 7 x 8 only. But others say ok as long as you're doing top to bottom clamp and not side clamp.

Safe enough? I'd go Fizik seatpost, but have a Deda stem

I'm running an Antares VS with the same rails on the same post and there are no issues. Google Wiggle High 5 bikes and you'll see C60's and their older C59's with the same set up.

Ta chap. That's great. I've not decided yet on Superzero or Superleggero but I'd imagine the seatclamp is identical. Still prob opt for the lighter one.

I run an Aliante VS with the same 7x9 carbon braided rails on a Superzero post. It fits fine. The Superzero clamp is different from the Superleggero one. It appears to be a bit heftier.

The latest model has a lighter looking black clamp.
