Hi folks, just wondered if anyone had the definitive answer to this?

Im about to fit a new Dura Ace 9100 groupset and need a cables for it. Im confused as to whether the 9000 cables are the correct ones or whether they will suffice as there seems to be quite a difference in price. Thanks

Are the cables not supplied with the STI's? The inners are stainless steel polymer coated the outer should be OT-SP41 except the loop to the RD which is OT-RS900. Brake cable, caliper type, is BC-9000 Stainless steel polymer coated inner with a pre-lubricated outer. You can check the specs. of the different groupset component parts on the Shimano website. http://si.shimano.com/#/

Thanks a lot, I bought the items separately from a full bike that was dismantled hence no cables, thanks for info
