brake lever-gearshifters for centre pull cantilever brakes

I have a Jamis Aurora 2016 which has gear shifters on the end of the drop bars, which I've never really liked much. What I'd really like is brake lever shifters, but is that possible with centre pull cantilevers? When I search for brake lever shifters they often seem to say caliper only. My derailleur is Shimano Tiagra 4600 and it has 3x9 gears.

Any advice as to how easy it would be to convert this would be great.

Shimano SORA 9 speed ST-3000-R and ST-3030-L STI's will operate Shimano CX50 Cantilever brakes.

Thanks that looks like a good option. Shame there doesn't seem to be a Tiagra option but I guess Sora has a decent reputation for reliability.

Any 9 speed Shimano STI road lever will work - plenty of used ones on ebay
