Noticed yesterday a grinding from fromy wheel and not spinning as long as it usually does also slight lateral play in it. Guessing the hub bearings?

All I can find is they're sealed. How do I know which ones to buy to replace?

Cheers

More likely something in the brake pads.
Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.

Tried that, taken them out of the equation. Wouldn't explain the play in any case

You'll need to get the bearings out and have a look. They should have the bearing codes etched on them, or you'll have to measure them.

Then most bearing shops/suppliers should have them.
