When i go over a bump and pull up on the handlebars I get a clunk sound when I do so,when front wheel is off the ground and i'm as high as i'm gonna go,is this topping out or bottoming out? I only have suntour xcm forks on voodoo bantu so just has a preload adjustment and a lockin switch, do I just need to alter the preload ?

Top out clunk is common on undamped forks like the XCM, nothing you can do about it, and no tweaking the preload won't help.
Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.
