Decided to get a new bike for winter. Stipulations were discs, tubeless ready wheels, clearance for 28mm tyres if I want them with mudguards, and similar angles to my CAAD 12. I got through two rear rims on the CAAD 8 last winter and didn't want the faff of going through that again.

So, until Thursday the plan was for a 4S with a 6800 disc groupset, then I got offered a cheap cheap upgrade to Di2. Bit of a no brainer, no more cruddy rusty cables.

Spec:
Kinesis 4S 57cm
Ultegra 6870 Disc Groupset with 140mm IceTech rotors, 105 carbon pedals, 6800 Stages
DT Swiss R23 Spline wheels with Conti 4Season 25mm for now
Selle Italia SLR saddle, 3T seatpost and stem, Storck RBC220 bar.

I know the cages won't be to everyone's taste, but I had them lying around so why not. Went for 75 miles or so in the Peak District earlier and loved it.
