A couple of years ago I was at home in Italy watching some local regional race - the pizza shop Zappi team was there from the UK racing against the local Italian teams. Feeder team stuff.
Needless to say, Zappi pizza shop got blown out of the water. Sunk. Back in your box.
At the end of the races, they would interview people - all the Italians were polite, well shaven, clean kit, looked really PRO. Very, very professional and perfect for their sponsors. Erudite, intelligent.
Team pizza shop - half unshaven, knackered, dirty, mumbly. 'Kin chip shop, as they say around these parts.
