trek domane internal cabling?

Hi folks. Has anyone had any experiences with the above? I've got a problem with mine in that every time I turn the bars to the right it's pulling on the outer of the rear brake causing it to pull the brake closed.. and I can hear a strange noise inside the frame as well.. :?

    It sounds like the cable outer from the lever to the frame entry is too short but it can not be that simple. Can it?
