UK Frame Painters

I've got a Colnago E1 frame (from eBay) which I love and have been riding it for about 6 months. When I bought it I was going to get it repainted but thought I'd build it up and ride it for a while first to see if I liked it. Well I do...

So I'm looking for personal recommendations for where to get it repainted in the UK. I've got a list from Google but really want first hand experience so I make the right choice. I'm not artistic so will need somewhere that can offer advice on what schemes might work.

    Try Larry at Illusion Race Paint in Stoke Bruerne, Northamptonshire.

    He painted motorcycle fairings for me, including applying and lacquering stickers over a new base colour. He did a great job. He's got an Orbea on his Facebook page, along with motorcycles, helmets and other stuff he's painted. I believe he's a cyclist himself.

    I used Neil @ Atlantic Boulevard to paint my Colnago and he did a fab job.

    Cromaworks in Sheffield, part of Field Cycles. Did my Colnago C40 and was excellent.

    Sent some forks to Fat Creations once - he couldn't be bothered to go to the Post Office to collect - I have to drive to Chichester to get them back - what a ball-ache! I've had a couple of frames done by Atlantic Boulevard - top class.
    Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..

    Thanks - but got a message back from them saying they are no longer doing re-sprays.... Shame it looks like some great work.
