Is it possible to change my X-Fusion 02 lockout lever for a remote lockout

I have got a x-fusion 02 110mm rear shock with a lockout lever, I want to know if I can upgrade it to a remote lockout system instead of having the lever on the shock, I want it on the bars, any advice? or info on what parts I need?
