Dropper seatpost

Hi m8ts.
I've been thinking about getting a ks lev integra the problem is i have no idea on which size i need and if i have to buy some cables for it (for the first installation).
I own a scott scale 970(size xl if it matters), this one:

So do i need to buy anything additional for the installation?

I have no other way on telling you this since i haven't measured anything at the actual seatpost. All i can tell you is that you can only read SYNC instead of SYNCROS when the seat is put fully down.(look at the pics...)


Also do you think a dropper seatpost would be practical for a bike like mine?

    You need a 31.6 diameter post. Length depends on the drop you need/want.

    A post should come with everything needed to fit.

    I'm selling a brand new Race Face Turbine stealth with 1x remote, 440mm, 150mm travel and 31.6 diameter.

    The Lev Integra is internally routed, which means you can't fit it to your frame, as there's no way to get the cable to the post.

    You should just get a regular ks lev it's the cleanest externally routed post imo. Measure the distance from the top of your seat collar to your seat rails. If it is 20cm for example, then you would have no problem running a 150mm dropper. Make sure you actually have the right seat height to begin with.
