Stages power meter crank + Trek under chainstay brake.

Have a Trek Madonne 5.2 with a rear under chainstay brake. Hoping to purchase a Stages power meter crank. Think the power meter unit will hit the brake.

Has anyone had this same problem and if so what solution did they have?

Follow this, there are a few bikes with Brakes mounted near the BB that cause issues.

Just done this on exact same bike. Yes a stages or pioneer power meter will catch the brake. I got the tektro t750 from here

Added a 1mm spacer on the left hand crank arm (not sure if 100% needed) and no issued

Yes. Scott Foil has the same issue.

Ee cycleworks DM chainstay brake sorted it.
