Muggy sweaty day and giving the commute el smash (training for the upcoming race to the strips with Stevo) means I'm dripping on my keyboard.

I think I'll be popping that spacer back under the stem for the commute. I can't see much from down there unless I get up on the tops, but there's no brakes there, and that's not much good in the traffic. Oh well.

    Fishy business?

A quieter morning from the TTs which is most welcome, but doubled the outward commute leg by forgetting my keys. Agreed to teach some students later, but don't know on what, how many or where so that should be fun. Have a good day all.

    Morning folks,
Busy start to the day, really could do without that. Pesky customers keep bothering me, thankfully I can just swear at them but unfortunately they think I'm joking.
My back hurts. Is this because H³ lowered his stem? Think I might have to go and see someone as it's been going on for a while.
Tonight being Wednesday I shall be going to the pub, that should help with the back ache.
Has H³ got his wooshy wheels yet?
    Onwards and upwards...

No wheels yet. Wiggle's systems appear to be shot, and the order hasn't even been processed. I have complained, and am waiting for a response.

I have bought a bright orange Ale jersey as well, and was about to recommend a Verona jersey by the same manufacturer to V68, but I see over in Communting that he already has one. The short sleeve is available for £50 on Wiggle.

    Ciao

Just been for mega walk with Das Hound and pumped on tyres (Giro tubulars no less!!!! Shock! Horror! Will they kill me?) ready to take bike n3 out for a quick couple of hours before returning to do some weeding and weights.

Again, I am taunting death disease by using tubulars and deep rims. Will I survive? Who knows.............

Morning, being annoyed by silly questions about things I don't deal with I've important coffee related tasks to perform.
French press has been pressed coffee No.2 in being drank and debating what to get for lunch Pig or Cow seem favourites thus far.

Hopkins, Wiggle seems to have nose dived of late, I blame CRC on this occasion rather than the defacto wiggle blame

on the windy days, which here is most of them, i, too, wonder this, however mine are glued on so death is less likely

today's wind was cruel and unusual, headwind out, climb up through scenic misty volcanoes, swoopy loop back, wind has switched, headwind back, even two slices of cake could not make up for this

No L or XL, only medium which is for people the size of RC or XXL which is probably your size. Can't remember if my long sleeve is L or XL. If it's XL the XXL might not be too bad on me. Will have to check it out tonight.

Really? I do, pretty sure my Sportful jersey is XXL. Italian cycle clothing does come up 'king small.
That was a reference to Italian sizing rather than calling you a tubby f@cker, ya fat bastard.

You're about 3 or 4 inches taller than me though I think.

I am a slightly tubby fcuker for a cyclist, as I am fond of beer and grub, but I can squeeze myself into L/XL in even the Italian stuff. Mrs H3(2) would tell me if I looked really stupid. At least that's what she says as she giggles behind my back...

Spent the day building formwork for a small footing pad for the new deck. Fiddly, frustrating job but finally done, concrete poured and tomorrow I get to sit back and watch some other sucker work for a change. Welders are turning up to do their thing...

That's medalworthy levels of heroism right there. Wiggle are being very quiet, they won't take my calls about not processing my death wheels order. @rseholes.

Wiggle suck cocks. I know it's the same old same old but at least now when I order from CRC I know just to to get on with life and the order will appear at some time, so no need to get excited. My BBB carbon pads I ordered from Merlin on Monday arrived yesterday morning. Now that you can't fault.

If Wiggle turn around and say that the wheels are out of stock I'll pop down with a cardboard box full of fire and let them have it for you.

This is the thing, says there's 10+ in stock, but the order status has been changed to a back order, pending arrival of stock. Wnakers.

You're joking? Bunch of arse. That really is rubbish.

Right, I'm loading up the AMG now. Hope the fire doesn't catch fire before I get there.

    Afternoon odd shaped people :)

Last day in rootin tootin shootin land, then we're catchimg an overnight flight back to somewhere cold and damp. Had last large brekkie as I need a bit of ballast to make it fair for Hoppy when I race him.

I wonder if the hound will recognise us?

Just spent 5 minutes winding up some bloke claiming to be called Alan Johnson from BT, had a very strong Indian accent. He claimed he could help make my broadband faster so I strung him along for a bit. Turns out he believed me when I said it might be slow because I had 14 separate tabs open watching a bit of Frankie. After I got bored I told him to stop wasting my time and lying to people that he was nothing but a fraudster he got quite annoyed with me and told me watching so much porn was bad for me. I asked him if I'd go blind or get hairy palms. The barsteward hung up on me just as it was getting interesting.
I wouldn't bother coming back Stevo, it's not as cold as it was, still damp though.
