Already posted in Steel cos it's real thread.... but I wanted it to have its own thread (vain I know)

But I love my new wet/winter bike so much it has been out in all weathers :-)

Stock at the moment, love my Charge spoons so that will be the only change plus some mud guards for the winter

  • I liked your bike.
Would you show us the pump more closely? It's very clever to do that I think.

On the elastic holders underneath the saddle bag, only a temp measure whilst I swap the bag between bikes and get an extra pump. Fine in the dry bit it will get blasted in the wet/winter weather...

Love these. Would def consider one if I was in the market, although they are a little pricey

At retail yes... picked this up for only £932 from Swinnerton Cycles, I think that is great value

I like the fact that you haven't bent the front mudguard stays in order to get everything lined up, though the lower one is a tad too long and requires trimming. What brand/model are they?

Thanks, they are the venerable SKS Chromoplastics... yes I know it needs a trim, but my hacksaw was that blunt I couldn’t face removing and trimming again. Maybe do it in the spring when they come off.
