    Lots of joggers in London seem to be oblivious to what is going on around them, they're on a par with people who can't take their eyes off their phone whilst crossing the road.

    When driving, walking and cycling in London these two are the ones to keep your eye out for.

    If he's a regular on the bridge he'll be nabbed hopefully for attempted murder. It will be interesting to find out if there's more to this or if the guy's just a nut job.

    Times today says that they are following up new leads after checking Strava. Seems amazing to us that this happened in May and they have not done so before but just shows that Strava is not as widespread as we think.

    Or even public Garmin accounts too. I'd assumed they'd already looked online when the story surfaced a couple of days ago but it appears not.

    BBC news tonight released his name, age, where h lived.

    His alibi is that he was in America, which to me and TDV it seemed a pretty good alibi - not like "it wasn't me I was in the shower". Go to the cop shop. Hand over passport showing Visa stamp. End of.

    However, surely they can't release all the above info without him actually being charged - as far as I am aware he was merely questioned.

    Yes they can unfortunately. Remember the Joanna Yeats murder and what happened to the poor landlord who they hauled in for questioning?
