Campag Shamal vs Fulcrum 3

Quick question - I have a set of Campag Shamal Ultra with a Campag freehub that I want to change for Shimano. I also have a set of Fulcrum 3 wheels hiding in the loft with a Shimano freehub.

Am I right in thinking these freehubs are interchangeable and I can swap them saving about £60 ?
