Help with Watt Bike data needed. Done 2 basic test

I decided to do the Submax and 3 Minute test in order to do a good 20 minute FTP test next week. I have read different guides on how to perform these tests on the Watt Bike but they have changed the firmware and the way they show data I guess.. What I needed to test where my MMP and MHR and they are shown in the app but the guide said I needed to add 60w to the EMMP shown as MMP but perhaps this is a old guide? Someone who could help me and clarify what is correct? :)

After the 3 minute test they also showed me my max HR was 181.. I'm 26 years old @ 78kg

The two sessions:
3 Minute: https://hub.wattbike.com/session/kvLiBO6sdZ
Submax: https://hub.wattbike.com/session/E5dq1RWc4T

Both sessions shown on the iPhone app:
3 Minute: https://i.gyazo.com/db0f397c6172de982bd ... 107e45.png
Submax: https://i.gyazo.com/b7a7dbbe5295ceebb60 ... 58b091.png

Garmin estimated a 220w FTP which sounds reasonable. I know, my endurance is bad :D Couldn't really work out for 1.5 year..

Used toeclips btw. I have speedplay pedals so I can't use my shoes on the Wattbike. Will buy some cleats later this month

I've used the Wattbike for about 12 months now, but certainly no expert. I've not used the Submax test, but I have done the 3 min test and my result for that was 340w, and my FTP is 242w. Not big numbers by any means, but I was trying to correlate how your 3 minute test of 243w could give an estimated FTP of 220w?

Usually the test results are on the analysis screen of the WB when you finish the test...

If you're doing about 240 for 3 minutes I don't see how your FTP for an hour would be 220 ?

I don't know what bike but it's easy enough to do the ,20 minut e test. Just bury yourself for the first ten minutes and then dig in for the last. Simple.

I'd do that the other way around. Dig in first 10 bury yourself the last.

Yeh burying yourself in the 1st ten would be the idea for a 10 min power test haha.
