  • Rented one in Lanzarote a couplevof years ago, an EMX 105 and really rated it.
    Since changed my Specialized for another Specialized anyway.
    considered buying one butbI guess its like someone who has had many VW golfs accepting that the Volvo or Subaru may be better, but know that buying anoyher golf guaranteed an acceptable level of satisfaction without the risk.

    Yep. That should see them become a lot more competitive. I had an EMX3 which I loved ...... met an untimely end with a pot hole and the insurance company wouldn't replace like for like I had to choose their list. Not a bad thing but I really wanted to stay with a Merckx.

    You've just cost me a Gravel bike for the Mrs. Great value though.
