This Sunday are the LVRC Handicap Road Champs at Welland - a circuit I like but .. but ..
Over 50 miles, the time gaps are less than generous imo... but thats racing.
I just wish I wasnt feeling so knackrd - a physical job combined with a daily commute grind is not the best recipe for feeling on top form... well not in the season it aint.
I think I will be hanging onto coat tails a lot when we get caught.

A big but.... near end of first lap of some disciplined thru and off by my age squadra had to climb off due to seat post downfall.... my bad... really ...I think my bike is telling me to give the racing a miss for the rest of the year.0
