Both look pretty good and rounded spec's for the cash.

What sort of use are you looking at?
Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.

This is in Indonesia. Technically on-road, but the roads look like this

    l2lS79L.jpg

Or in some cases much more extreme (loose stones, mud, large potholes, 3 inches deep with rain, etc.)

So for maybe 60km of which 20km might be on asphalt, and 40km on varying degrees of unsurfaced road. Definitely more towards the offroad. But the goal is not to go down a singletrack or something, it's to go from A to B.

I think the Cleo is an old model, so perhaps the spec not as good as it seems?
Sorry the second spec was wrong, it was from a third bike. I have added that one now.

Those specs all look fine for your intended use, not bad value at all.
