Single speed conversion kit for a Campag 11 speed hub

Hi - wanting to build a single speed commuter using some old wheels that have a Campagnolo 11 speed hub. Though I can find Campag conversion kits, they only seem to be compatible with up to 10 speed hubs. Has anyone converted an 11 speed Campag hub into a single speed or know of a suitable solution?

    Campag 10 speed and 11 speed freehubs are the same, so if you can find a kit for a 10 speed hub, it will work.
