Relaxed start as early riser son stayed over at his friends.

Skipped running with a mate to hopefully avoid any further problems - getting concerned now as according to the schedule I should've been doing 15 miles

Lots of daddy daycare then later is currently unplanned

Woohoo - I have a day to myself. Miss MRS's BF is visiting which means I'm off duty. Still feeling the residual effects of the cold sore virus in my body so I'll leave jumping on the bike until tomorrow. It's a funny feeling not having your day entirely mapped out for you. I might go and test drive a new Porsche and scare a salesman - hateful things to look at but I feel the need for an adrenaline rush and I can't realistically see myself racing the Alfa before the Autumn if at all this year.

Go to the local park, find some pubescent females, flash your bits, then leggit to the sound of shrieking and nee naw nee naw....?

Windy here but the sun has popped out. I have to somehow survive 3 days of toots.

    Laters.

Today is jobs, dog walking and starting to write a eulogy that I was planning last night. Am going to take my time over things however.

Morning folks, traditional slow start is being enjoyed. Got a few oddd jobs and stuff to do, nothing too strenuous though.
    Enjoy your day everyone.

Parkrun are free to enter 5k gentle jogs or not so gentle with lots of milf and yummy mummies in tight lycra and some scary sights as well. I tend to wear blinkers so I only see what I want to see.

cycle around regents park, once the day gets going it'll be too busy to get any speed, but it's compensated by the opportunity to survey the sometimes rather scantily clad ladies jogging around

    best of both worlds

    there's a cafe too

Yep. Going to go real pedalliing on Monday - looks like it will be good weather for us - 15 deg. That's almost tropical compared to what we've been having lately.
