Cannondale Lefty Hybrid 1.5/2.0

Has anyone else had any reliability issues with the newer hybrid lefty? I've recently had failures on both of the leftys that I run: a washer failed on my 29er pbr 100, and the air cartridge on the 120 fitted to my Habit. After running a dlr for ten years with no issues, I've been fairly disappointed with the issues I've had with my 2 current bikes, and can't help but feel that the design compromises of the hybrid make them less robust.
