long day in globalmegacorp yesterday, failed to execute early bail plan, turned into late one sustained only by savoury snacks, chips and beer
ride, bang out some hill sprints, though it's bloody freezing out, then back into the maelstrom, ii'm sure maelstrom would look better with at least one umlaut, office, espresso

Today is the joys of a night out with work, my normal tactic to get through it is to have a decent run after booking into the hotel - looks like I'm stuffed today0

Yeh I'm seeing some weird characters about and I don't mean some of the regular posters.

I concur, brass monkeys. I had to go extra fast to keep warm. Couldn't see a bloody thing as the sun was in my eyes so if Garry could lend me a pair of his shades that would be great.Pinno, מלך אידיוט וחרא מכונאי0

Cold here too and I'm headed North once rush hour has died down a bit, so have packed my fleece. Also the heating isn't on in my folks house, hope the pipes haven't burst..."I spent most of my money on birds, booze and fast cars: the rest of it I just squandered." [George Best]0

Morning folks,
Bleedin' cold out as others have mentioned, no snow though. I didn't have to go any faster I just had to wait for the heater to get some warmth into it. Needed the car today as I have to go and buy the cakes then lunch with the EPO later. I'm celebrating another year of not being 50 yet.
Original thread title looked alright to me, strange characters were all in line. Hoping for a quiet day in the office, doubt it will happen though.
Hope all goes well in the frozen wastelands of the north Stevo. May the A1 and bureaucracy flow for you.

Yeah, stunning view of the white hills this morning, probably the same ones you can see but from the other side? I was out running in some pretty heavy hail yesterday evening, not sure if it's actually snow higher up but it's bloody cold nonetheless...
Office day today, I'll be the only one here this afternoon so I'm ready for a hefty level of dossing0 -

Thanks chaps.
There's a Screwfix over the road from us in the industrial estate. An ambulance has just pulled up outside. I wonder if a fight broke out over some Bolle sunglasses and someone's been stabbed with a screwdriver again. Nice area this. :-/0 -

Glorious day today and not as windy so the 13 degrees felt like 11 instead of yesterday's 6.

Not happy. Just found out the w@nkers next door are doing a lift conversion. We suspected they were thinking about it so not a surprise. But they haven't bothered talking to us about it or telling us, we just got a letter from the surveyor they appointed offering to act on our behalf for the party wall agreement.0
