Coffee on, bambini asleep, TDV out with the Hound. Bliss. About to go and sit outside in the morning air to chill for 15 before the day's shenanigans kick off again.

Re Trump: well, he actually didn't do a lot as far as I can tell from Radio 4 reports: he told everyone he was going t do it so presuming the Russians passed on the message to Assad there would have been no aircraft there, so essentially he put a lot of holes in a runway (2 days to repair), a few empty hangers (use others) and took out the control tower (get a temporary one in from the Russians). Nothing major really but a bit of fireworks.

tubs mounted, the proper way, with the glue that is true, for only glue is true, and the true glue is vittoria mastik'one and no other, certainly not that tape which fouleth the rim, increaseth the rolling resistance and spread rank contagion across the land, etc.

    off to cafe

Btw, given the Donald's post attack speech was anyone else disturbed by the content?

Mark David Chapman who shot John Lennon justified the muder by saying that "the Beatles changes the world and I changed the Beatles". The logic of a mentally disturbed individual.

Take the Donald and it's a different lens or is it mirror he uses but when you quote and end to terrorism and references to God show a detachment from reality.

    Scary times.

I wonder why he hasn't bombed northern Nigeria with food due to famine there. Babies dying ....or maybe God didn't advise him on that one.

Yup - according to the fabled calendria Bikus Radrius, my post above was at 7:48. It's not 7:48 is it?

I had this out with the lazy feckers at BR not changing the clocks. But as pointed to me by one of the lazy BR feckers, turns out the we are the actual lazy feckers. Apparently you can change the clock in your personal settings. I haven't tried as can't be fecked.

Got up early for a ride and almost got knocked off by a 7.5t truck that decided to make an erratic exit from a side street.

Pulled up at the side and asked him to look next time he pulled out and got a mouth full of abuse in return.

Ferkin cold and long ride into Work, should have worn better gloves and not had my knees out. Had to stop three times to warm my hands up so I could change gear!

Hope to leave early so it will be slightly warmer and I get home in time for the local

    McNing

Slow start today probably for the best being Friday an all. Wobbled in on the commuter nice an quiet due to the lack of kids going to school.
Evening of doing sweet FA planned maybe a beverage or two, other halfs off to choose a mini hound for us to pick up once their old enough so no doubt ill have to subdue her excitement with wine, an dissuade her from buying tonnes of useless tat.

What is it with so many people that they think trying to kill someone isn't enough and they need to be rude about it afterwards. Once had a go at a woman that had cut me up then slammed on her brakes, I pointed out she could have waited as she'd got no further. She apologised profusely and said I was completely right. Not much I could say to her after that.
    Anyway, morning folks.
Another busy day in sunny 'Annurff. The cafe is calling for lunch and I will be stopping at the pub with my Mrs on the way home, looks like a sunny weekend is on the cards as well. Time is correct on BR for me and I haven't changed anything. I think I'm permanently on summer time.
    Onwards, to mediocrity...

Good ride in was had - was starving this morning so put part of my travelcard savings for the day into a massive heap of food which I'm now scoffing. Nearly finished torturing numbers now so will get a restful weekend (famous last words). Later will be more pedalling and some cider.
