Somewhat overdue perhaps, but finally Rapha now have a permanent shop base in Mallorca...in Palma.

Seems a slightly odd decision to base it there when the majority of it's clientele is 60km away in Pollensa, but hey what do I know?!

So if you're in the market for some over priced trendy cycle gear get down to Palma, it's right in the heart of the old town, between the cathedral and the Born.

I would have actually joined RCC to have the benefit of hiring Canyon's in Mallorca if they had been placed in Pollenca. It does seem odd but I know some businesses have pop up stores in Pollenca over the training camp season.

Also out of season between Nov - March most of Pollenca is closed.

I prefer my cycling café to be full of miserable looking blokes in knackered mid-90s Assos, drinking frothy coffees.

You can hire Canyon's in Mallorca quite easily without Rapha's help.

Why? Wondering if you'd fit in?
Napoleon, don't be jealous that I've been chatting online with babes all day. Besides, we both know that I'm training to be a cage fighter.
  • Pity it wasn't open for the 1st April, going to a training camp in Palma for a week.

No, its not open yet so they are cuing up outside. Can I ask one question? Why did you choose SloppySchleckonds for your moniker? Are you a porn star?

Well it's open. Very central, good car free space outside.
Prices are eyewateringly high of course, and the the coffee is twice what it is elsewhere, but it's the experience, innit!

The power cable running around the outside of the building looks a bit clunky, eh

yeah, bit of a hallmark of Palma that, they are all zip tied to drainpipes, etc. and are all over the old town. Bit of a mess when you first see them, then you just get used to it....

Indeed; a few moments later he was dragged outside, covered in cappucino froth and made to wear BTwin kit all day.
