tired, too much ale and not enough sleep but I want to listen to the gp - feck knows why

As it's the wife's birthday weekend, we will be shopping whilst the kids are at theatre club, then further shopping with the kids and a meal out in town

ie, no running or cycling for me and will probably miss my mate dropping an inflatable toy and a chance for a couple of pints :(

Yay! Satuday! Toast with marmite yummy

Looks like a glorious day for cycling, but wife has bronchitis and girl child is ill. Me and the boy child are currently ok. Will take him to a cafe later then to buy flowers.

Really warm up here. Just been chopping logs, like a man!

Checked out the oakleys in the sun as well. I am awesome!

Now go and and look after wifey and be super awesome.

Me tired me. Me got toots all day me. Had a cracking hilly ride yesterday using no vans and felt great - until this morning. Think I over cooked it. At least I got the quiet satisfaction that I am tired for a reason.

Hang washing out, coffee and park next.

    That explains a lot :)

Done loads of jobs including cleaning the communter which was filthier than my old Aussie girl friend. Spot of lunch soon then shopping in Bromley - for stuff I need so shouldn't take long. Tonight will be peace as Stressbag and Stropteen are both out 8)

Afternoon folks, not been doing much and will probably carry on in a similar vein. Sunny out but rather windy. Might go for a stroll, could go up to town with the lad as he's going for a wander and to do some photography. Lazy weekend is good.

Now Seano will think: Wine + Woman = sex... Cheap wine + woman = even cheaper sex end will therefore end up in Portugal (if he can cadge a lift).

I want to do the Eroica next year when I hit 50. Tuscany, red wine, bikes and beautiful scenery.

No Raiders ride today as I fancied the best espresso I've tasted which means a ride to Church Stretton. Naturally sweet and packed with flavour.
Unfortunately I met the man with the hammer today as well.

T'noon, early start chasing the sun, sneaky bugger won, much deer an car dodging today but good to get out in the sun for a change, debating more tomorrow because its nice out. Shall see, lovely coffee from the LBS on my return and a loyalty card of all things!
Mothers day tomorrow, had the usual "I dont want anything" hints so itll be a random gift, maybe some of that cheap bike plonk! If not itll be something like an Orchid shes mad for them.

i recall three bottles of vinho verde for about 4€, the less alcoholic ones are quite nice for hot sunny lunches by the pool without triggering total lethargy
